The charbroiler can be hard to clean but is worth the effort for your home. The charbroiler's surface does not cook evenly. It can vary by up to 400 degrees from its maximum to its lowest. The burner array creates heat plumes, which draw convective energy towards the broiler center. The grill's outside is cooler than its inner. As a result, the charbroiler's heat plume is elevated and visible on the grates. All foods over 700°F will cook up any oils left behind from regular cooking. How to make a perfect eggroll

Omelets are my favorite breakfast dish. How can you make them perfectly? I have tried many different recipes and methods, but none of them work. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.

First, eggs can be very temperamental ingredients for making omelets. Eggs must be purchased fresh, preferably organic, and kept chilled until ready for cooking. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This will make your omelets appear strangely colored. If you plan to cook the eggs right away, it is best to use room temperature eggs.

Another tip is to separate your egg before adding it into the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.

You might burn the bottom of the egg if you place the egg directly on the stovetop. This could ruin the texture of your omelet. Instead, heat the egg for 10 seconds in the microwave before placing it in the pan. The heat from the microwave cooks the egg just enough without overcooking it.

Next, let's talk about mixing the eggs. Mix eggs well together. You need to turn the bowl of the mixer upside down. Next, shake the bowl vigorously. This way, the air inside the bowl gets whipped around and mixes the egg thoroughly.

The fun part begins - you need to pour the milk into your mixture. Fold the eggs in the milk mixture by first pouring half of it into the egg whites. Don't worry if there are still streaks of egg visible; these streaks will disappear once you flip the omelet.

After you have folded the eggs, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Once the oil has started to sizzle, turn the heat down to low. Once the oil starts getting hot, add 1/4 cup of butter to the pan and swirl it around to coat the entire surface of the pan. Now carefully crack open the lid of the pan and sprinkle salt into the pan. Salt will prevent the omelet sticking to the pan.

Once the omelet forms, cover the pan again. Let the top side set completely. Flip the omelet with a spatula, or flip it upside down. Cook the other side for another minute or two. Remove the omelet from the pan and serve immediately.

This recipe is best made with whole milk. However, it can also be used with skimmed milk.
