Omelets are my favorite breakfast dish. But how do you create them perfectly? I've tried many recipes and different methods but none have worked. So I am sharing some tips and tricks today to help you make fluffy, delicious omelets every morning.
Before we start making omelets, let's remember that eggs are temperamental. It is important that eggs are fresh from an organic market and kept cool until used. If you don't keep them cold enough, the whites won't form properly, and the yolks will break down too much and become runny. This makes your omelets look weirdly colored. If you want to make omelets right away, it's best not to use eggs that are too cold.
Another tip is to separate the egg before adding it to the pan. The yolk and white should not be mixed together as this can cause the omelet's curdle.
The bottom part of an egg that is added directly to the stovetop might be burned, which could cause a ruined texture in your omelet. Instead, place the egg in the microwave for 10 second before you put it in the skillet. The microwave heat is sufficient to cook the egg without overcooking.
Next, let’s talk about mixing the egg. You want to mix the eggs thoroughly before you add them. To do this, grab the bowl of the mixer and turn it upside down. Then shake the bowl vigorously. By doing this, the egg is thoroughly mixed with the air in the bowl.

Cover the pan once you have formed the omelet. Wait for the top to set. Flip the omelet over using a spatula or flip the pan upside down. Cook the second side for a minute or so. Take the omelet out of the pan and immediately serve.
This recipe works best using whole milk. Skimmed milk is also possible.
